When flying to Costa Rica, there are two international airports to consider; Juan Santamaría International Airport in San Jose (SJO) and Guanacaste Airport (LIR) in Liberia.

Arrive to Casa Las Palmas by a 20 minutes private or domestic flight to Cobano followed by a 30 minutes drive. Otherwise, a four-hour scenic drive crossing the gulf in ferry.
